Liza Claghorn

Liza Claghorn has more than a decade of experience supporting senior executives in high-paced industries. Currently serving as a Search Manager at Kirk Palmer Associates, she leverages her organizational skills, customer service background, and first-hand industry insight to deliver an exceptional executive search experience for clients and candidates.

Prior to joining the firm, Liza worked for category disruptor Casper where she supported multiple C-suite executives across various departments, including growth, marketing, finance, operations, and people. At Casper, she managed VP-level and above candidate experience where she first was exposed to executive search. While in this role, she worked with KPA on several searches. She has also held roles including corporate communications, operations coordination, and executive support, within diverse organizations like Hearsay Systems, and C. Wonder.

Known for her ability to streamline processes, manage complex calendars, and enhance executive productivity, Liza is the consummate professional dedicated to operational excellence and effective communication.

Liza resides on Long Island with her husband and daughter. When she isn’t navigating the ballet, soccer and t-ball schedules, she can be found with her nose in a book or crafting.
