Ashley Ray

Ashley Ray is an associate at Kirk Palmer Associates. In this role, she partners with diverse fashion, retail, beauty and technology companies on executive search assignments including chief executive officer and direct report roles in eCommerce, merchandising, marketing, operations and IT.

Prior to joining the firm, Ashley gained industry exposure in roles spanning publishing, PR and fashion styling at high-growth technology enabled fashion companies including Stitch Fix. She draws on her passion for the industry and this first hand experience to accelerate the executive search process and assess talent on a deeper level.
