Footwear retailer Shoe Carnival has named Tracy Dick as its new Senior Vice President of Marketing & eCommerce. She will be responsible for leading digital and brand marketing for Shoe Carnival, as well as eCommerce growth.

She joins Shoe Carnival with over three decades of marketing experience from companies like PetSmart and Jack in the Box. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President of Marketing & Brand Strategy at Leslie's.
