Sustainable fashion brand Everlane has announced the appointment of Alfred Chang as its new Chief Executive Officer.

Most recently, Chang was CEO of Fear of God, where he was credited with streamlining operational processes, and implementing merchandising initiatives and marketing strategies. Prior to that, Chang was at PacSun for 17 years, rising to become co-CEO of the specialty retailer.

Chang will work with Founder Michael Preysman, who said "[Alfred Chang] has a proven track record in transforming brands by delivering incredible products and scalable growth. I'm confident that under his leadership, Everlane will continue to push boundaries in sustainable fashion and elevate our brand to new heights."
