Caddis, the anti anti-aging brand known for its eyewear, appointed Emma Spagnuolo as Chief Executive Officer. Spagnuolo is a results-driven leader who can balance strategic future growth with driving financial performance.
She has held a range of leadership positions at PVH Corp, including Head of Tommy Hilfiger North America DTC, where she was in charge of all facets of the business unit in the region, including merchandising, planning, marketing, strategy, visual merchandising, stores, and eCommerce. Before that, she was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company as a partner specializing in the retail and consumer goods industries, serving as Head of the North America Beauty Practice.
